Chart notes
CAPO KANE established the front and settled into a comfortable rhythm showing the way in hand from the two path under the watchful eye of SWILL to the outside, came under pressure from that rival in earnest midway on the turn, remained patiently handled as a pair of rivals latched on, swung three to four wide into upper stretch and was set down straightened away, drew off under a drive shying out under a near sided stick inside the eighth pole before being corrected and prevailed well clear at the end. EAGLE ORB four to five paths off the inside in pursuit down the backstretch, tucked three to four wide through the turn coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, advanced to stack outside the top pair swinging five wide into upper stretch, proved no match for the top one while running on to secure the place honors. HOLD THE SALSA chased three then two wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, spun just off the inside for home, improved position by tired rivals. SWILL prompted the leader from the outside four then three wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, swung four wide for home and weakened. ORIGINAL chased along the inside, came under light coaxing three furlongs from home, swung three wide at the top of the stretch, tired, and was eased through the final furlong.
