GUITAR TRIBUTE went four wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was urged along while four wide on the far turn, came six wide into the stretch, rallied outside in the final furlong and finished fast to just miss the show. RAHFEES MAN broke in and bumped with a foe, raced in the two path on the first turn, settled well back in the field, moved from the rail to the three path on the far turn, gained five wide into the stretch, held a reasonable striking position into the final furlong but lacked the needed response. STAR BANJO went four wide on the first turn, settled towards the rear, was roused while two then three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the stretch then moved out around the three-sixteenths and failed to threaten. REMEMBERMIS went four wide on the first turn, settled at the rear, rounded the far turn in the two path, angled out significantly into upper stretch and was no factor. LIKE MIKE bumped with a rival at the start then was in tight, went three wide on the first turn, moved out near the five-eighths, settled on the far outside, was roused five wide on the far turn, came seven wide into the stretch and failed to respond. TENSAS TODDY went three wide on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside, chased three wide on the far turn, turned into the stretch under the whip and tired. BINDING AGREEMENT bore out eight wide early on the first turn then dropped to the five path, settled off the pace, went three to four wide on the far turn and also failed to respond. RELUCTANT WARRIOR saved ground on the first turn, was rated on the inside of a foe then settled in third position, came under urging leaving the backstretch, raced inside on the far turn and came up empty.
