Chart notes
ZOOMIES, off last, was settled along the inside racing through the backstretch, switched outside foes gathering some momentum entering the turn, swung out five wide nearing upper stretch and continued with a steady late response to rally past rivals in time under left handed pressure. RAL COPPERHEADROAD, off a bit slowly, tracked off the first flight four wide racing to the turn, shifted inwards to advance three wide into the lane challenging for command in late stages but was outkicked. HAIL SOUTHERN shifted in at the start crossing the path of GRAB THE CHANCE, was righted quickly to gain terms with the pacesetter prompting that foe through the backstretch, took over from that foe racing through the turn, went clear into upper stretch while shifting to the inside but failed to sustain that momentum through the final sixteenth. T J MUNNINGS tracked off the second flight outside rivals, shifted out four wide nearing the lane but had no rally. GRAB THE CHANCE, caught in tight quarters at the start, recovered to track off the first flight near the inside, switched out approaching the turn while being urged to advance between foes but had no closing bid. TIZ TRIUMPHANT tracked the leaders between foes in second flight on the backstretch but faded early. ATWATER, urged along the rail disputing the pace through the backstretch into the turn, gave way after a half. HERE FOR BEER dropped out early.
