Chart notes
RAULITO saved ground unhurried to the far turn, came off the rail beginning to find stride at the top of the stretch, split ANDRES EDUARDO and PUGIN past the eighth-pole and bested the latter through a late duel. PUGIN moved in from the four-path entering the first turn, came back out three wide rallying into the stretch, battled outside RAULITO through the last sixteenth of a mile and was edged to the wire. CITY MAGIC moved off the inside to the three-path past the quarter-pole, and rallied with good energy. ANDRES EDUARDO stayed in range early, bid three wide reaching a short lead outside in upper stretch, then weakened through the last sixteenth of a mile. SETTE STELLE bumped lightly with SWEENEY'S CAT at the start, lagged at the back to the far turn, and improved late without threatening. SWEENEY'S CAT bumped lightly with SETTE STELLE at the start, prompted the pace outside UNCAPTURED PULSE, brushed with that one while challenging for command at the top of the stretch, and weakened past the furlong marker. THE ZIP FACTOR raced three wide early, and faded after a half-mile. CAN'T BE BROKEN moved in from the five-path entering the first turn, continued inward winding up on the rail turning for home, and could not gain. UNCAPTURED PULSE hustled to the front inside after the start, cut an even pace, brushed with SWEENEY'S CAT at the top of the stretch, and gave way into the final furlong. CITY MAGIC raced under the name of DALLAS HICCUP and has been renamed.
