TRADE DEADLINE was rated off the second flight between foes racing to the backstretch conceding some position under patient handling on the backstretch, was prompted to split foes just off the inside racing through the far turn advancing with a sharp move, wrested the advantage inside foes nearing midstretch and went clear under firm handling. SELFMADE angled to the inside tracking off the second flight racing to the first turn, steadily advanced to contention inside foes after a half, shifted out on the far turn advancing on the pacesetter, was fanned three wide leaving midstretch and prevailed for second. CURLEE FOX, forwardly placed between foes tracking just off the leaders racing to the backstretch, was fanned four wide into the lane and continued with interest to gain position. DRAMATIC KITTEN, urged along the inside prompting a rival's pace, wrested the advantage after a half, went clear into the far turn but failed to sustain that momentum nearing midstretch. SWEET GIANT worked his way to the inside tracking off the second flight racing to the backstretch, continued inside foes into the far turn but had no closing bid. STOPIT, urged to forced the pace outside a rival to the backstretch, gave way into upper stretch. CALOGERO settled well back early and proved no threat. TIDES OF WAR shifted off the inside racing as part of the second flight tracking the leaders three deep on the backstretch, was fanned four wide on the far turn and faded into the lane. MORO DRAMA broke awkwardly while being bumped at the start and proved no factor thereafter. G A LEMON broke inwards bumping MORO DRAMA and dropped out early.
