Chart notes
AWFULLY FOXY , patiently rated behind horses around the turn, eased out to the four path at the head of the stretch, took command outside horses in mid stretch and drew clear under encouragement. CUE THE BAND , steadied in close quarters mid way down the backstretch, saved ground in hand waiting for room around the turn and in upper stretch, was taken to the two path in mid stretch and closed gamely. USED TO BE FUN set the pace along the inner rail and faded late. TWICE SERVED , three wide chasing the pace around the turn, lacked the necessary rally, returned lame and was vanned off. AUNT MARY , two wide on the turn, swung to the four path turning for home and failed to rally. KRUBERA showed speed in the two path and faltered in upper stretch. BOB'S LADY raced along the inner rail on the turn while outrun. MIKEY'S JEWEL , wide on the turn, was outrun. DIGGIN FOR DOUGH , four deep on the turn, weakened.
