Chart notes
C V'S POWERPAK raced in the four path the first turn and took the lead two deep at the nine sixteenths pole, drew clear at the seven sixteenths, was pressured into the stretch and drew off under steady encouragement. SKINNY MOLLY rated the early pace inside but was caught at the nine sixteenths pole, gave chase into the backstretch then dueled through the stretch for second. PARTLY DANDY broke awkwardly and was boxed in at the rail midway on the opening turn, eased out into the backstretch and bid toward the three eighths pole, then outfinished in the stretch duel for second. CREATIVE SPLENDOR broke awkwardly then saved ground the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole but was never a threat. CHOPRA raced in the three path the first turn and entered the backstretch outside then gave chase, to no avail, leaving the three eighths pole.
