Chart notes
KENSLEY'S HIPPIE vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout and drove clear late. MALIBU JACK broke slow, made a late gain, split rivals down the stretch and got up for second. ROUND QUARTER raced within striking distance, finished evenly and lacked a late kick. SUPERCONDUCTOR lacked early speed, raced wide around the turn, made a late gain and missed third. LAST PAYCHECK raced within contention, weakened and lacked a finish. WAR SONG vied for the early lead, saved ground around the turn and faded. D'YETI MAN broke thru the gates, loose before the start, broke sharp, challenged for the lead and faded. GOLDEN V C raced in the middle of the pack, faded and finished evenly. CHASING A SAINT void of early speed and was outrun.
