Chart notes
IMPERIO D coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command inside the eighth pole, then drew clear to the finish. LORD CAMDEN five paths off the inside down the backstretch just off the pace, tucked three wide through the turn placed to coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung four wide for home and kept on to secure the place honors in the final jumps. LADY'S BOY forwardly placed five paths off the inside, advanced to take over five furlongs from home tucking four wide, tucked to the two path into the turn, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung three wide for home, dug in under drive under lone threat and was collared inside the eighth pole, then weakened in the late stages getting caught in the final strides while clear for the show honors. SIMBASALLTROUBLE hustled from the gate, showed the way early on before being displaced by the aforementioned foe five furlongs out, chased four then three wide fading through the turn to near the rear of the field under coaxing from the three-eighths, went three wide into upper stretch and came again to pass tired foes through to the finish. TALESPIN chased six then five wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, cornered five wide into upper stretch and offered no response. WISECRACK bumped at the start by SECOND FORTUNE, who broke outwards, chased four wide coaxed along from midway on the turn, swung five wide into upper stretch and tired. SECOND FORTUNE a bit fractious in the gate prior to the start, broke out at the start bumping WISECRACK, chased three wide down the backstretch, got tucked inside through the turn coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, took the inside route into upper stretch and tired. FIVESTAR BANDIT chased three then two wide under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, went six wide into upper stretch and made no impact.
