Chart notes
SILVER STATE last to leave, moved closer three wide into the first turn, raced unhurried early on the backstretch, called on for some run in the far turn, moved up steadily in the three path through the final turn, hooked up with the runner up entering the stretch, fully extended under brisk handling to narrow prevail. HUNKA BURNING LOVE broke on top, set the pace just off the inside, responded when the winner came alongside when straightened for home, proved stubborn to the end. NIGHT OPS void of speed while saving ground early, moved out to be in the two path far turn, emerged from between foes late to annex the show, no threat to the top two. NIFTY settled off the pace and the inside, raced four wide through the final turn, mild late interest while remaining widest of the next flight, outkicked for the show. PIONEER SPIRIT crossed out to the two path into the first turn while closest to the runner up, continued to pursue that one up the backstretch and into the far turn, came up empty for the drive. FULL AUTHORITY chased the runner up into the first turn along the inside, began a steady retreat before a half, trailed home.
