DREAMMASTER was last to commence, moved up along the rail on the first turn, was rated just off the pace, moved up between horses to make a bid at the seven-sixteenths, vied in the two then three path on the far turn, took the lead outside the quarter-pole then moved clear, floated five wide into the stretch, extended the advantage past the eighth-pole, drifted out under a right-handed whip in the final furlong and proved much the best. JACKFRUIT bumped with a foe at the start, went three then four wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was roused late on the backstretch, chased four wide under strong urging on the far turn, passed the quarter-pole under the whip then was driven six wide into the stretch and safely secured the place while no match for the winner. SILENT CRY went four wide on the first turn, stalked the pace on the outside, dropped back under urging late on the backstretch, went three wide while hard ridden on the far turn and lacked the needed response while just up for the show. GOFORTHEWINECOURSE broke in and bumped with a rival, went to the front, rounded most of the far turn in the two path then dropped to the inside, set the slow pace, was challenged at the seven-sixteenths then asked around the three-eighths, vied inside of the winner while along the rail on the far turn, lost the lead under strong urging outside the quarter-pole and tired. HASHTAG SPEED went around the first turn in the two path, was hard held while rank early on the backstretch then reserved under snug restraint, started the far turn in the two path, shifted three then four wide under urging late on that bend, came out a bit more into upper stretch and failed to respond. LITTLE WISE GUY bumped with a foe at the start, went three wide on the first turn, was reserved at the rear, went two to three wide under urging on the far turn and also failed to respond. SON OF PATRIOT bumped with an opponent at the start, went four to five wide on the turns and faltered.
