Chart notes
SHOT OF A LIFETIME pressed the leader for six furlongs, responded when set down for the drive and dug in determinedly to get up in time. COLOUR ME HAPPY (GB) set all the pace from the rail to the stretch, dug in stubbornly in a long drive but was tagged. NOWHERE MAN trailed to the second turn, came three wide to the stretch then could not threaten the top two. FABOZZI was outsprinted, settled on the backstretch, raced three wide to the stretch then finished evenly. FABRIANA was chasing to the half, tried to rally while two wide on the second turn but came up empty. TORO DE TORO had no speed and was not a threat.
