GIFTED TALENT dropped in early, settled on the inside, was roused on the far turn, swung five wide into the stretch, rallied on the outside while swapping leads back and forth, closed well to make a bid into the final sixteenth but was denied while able to get the place. LIVELY LEA went three wide on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside, chased three wide on the far turn, took the lead while floating six wide into upper stretch, led under a drive into the final furlong, lost the advantage into the final sixteenth, drifted out near that point then fought on to the wire but missed while able to get the show. KUHLKE broke out at the start, rounded the first turn in the two path, settled towards the rear, was urged along while inside on the far turn, cut the corner into the stretch, moved to the two path while gaining outside the furlong marker, shifted further out behind the leaders around the sixteenth-pole and finished with good courage but missed the trifecta while a long ways clear for the last spot in the superfecta. EXPLOSIVELY HOT was keen into the first turn, went around the bend in the two path, settled near the middle of the field, was urged along in the two path on the far turn and failed to respond. LUCKY HARBORAGE went three wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was urged three to four wide on the far turn and also failed to respond. CUSTOM GULCH went three to four wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, dropped back five wide on the far turn then floated six wide into the stretch and had nothing left. THE MISSING PIECE was hustled from the start, angled in while going to the front, set the pace near the inside, was asked on the far turn, lost the advantage into upper stretch and faded. STEAL THE STARS rounded the first turn in the two path, settled in third position, was urged along while saving ground on the far turn, turned into the stretch in the two path and retreated. NOTTODAYFELLAS was taken up badly at the start and off slow, spotted the front many lengths, raced inside to the two path on the turns and was no factor. GO MY JULIET went five wide on the first turn, raced well back in the field, traveled around the far turn in the two path, came three wide into upper stretch and showed little. (Rail at 17 feet)
