LIZZY'S LURE made an inside run to far turn, got bottled up and blocked, waited patiently for a clear path, got through, cleared in the stretch and gamely held on to the wire. MESA SKYLINE far back to far turn, rallied outside in the drive to just miss in a good effort. DETERMINATOR inside trip throughout, raced evenly with no late kick in the stretch run. TAKIN THE SLOROAD no speed to far turn, raced outside in the drive while moving up in the late going.. SURGE PRICING inside speed, pressured to stretch but wore down and weakened in the drive. SHOBIZ STAR with the pace three wide to deep stretch but faltered late. HONDO GUSTO no speed and never a threat. MCHENRY no speed throughout, improved from outside in the stretch run only. HALF OF MANHATTAN raced evenly to far turn, stopped. ALPHA BOY never a menace throughout. GOT THE NOTION good speed between horses the far turn, gave in and stopped.
