SPRING VALUE broke a step slow, was reserved towards the rear of the field, saved ground while roused on the turn, swung five wide into the stretch and improved position to get the show. OUTLAW X. broke in at the start, was rated under a tight hold, went three wide while let out early on the turn then shifted five wide, turned into upper stretch under a drive and lacked the needed kick then just missed the show. PURE VALOR broke a step slow, settled on the outside, went five wide early on the turn then dropped to the four path, was driven six wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. CONFEDERATE YELL moved in while settling towards the rear, went three wide on the turn, was roused outside the five-sixteenths and failed to rally. GREELEY'S BANKER set the pace under pressure to his outside, vied in the two path on the turn, lost the lead outside the five-sixteenths, dropped back in upper stretch and tired. BOOTH ROAD SHINE broke a step slow, was rated off the pace under tight restraint then dropped back at the half-mile pole, went four then five wide on the turn, floated eight wide into the stretch and was no factor. CAJUN CHAOS tugged hard at the bit while rated just off the pace under tight restraint, dropped from the two path to the rail on the turn and came up empty. ONEHOLYLION was off a couple of lengths slow, settled on the outside, was urged five then six wide on the turn, dropped back seven wide into the stretch and failed to respond.
