CAEUS IN PASADENA was urged along off the pace, made a bid in the three to four path on the turn, battled outside under a drive into the final furlong, gained the lead outside the sixteenth-pole and proved best under strong urging. SLAM'S MAN showed good speed on the outside, vied between horses in the two path on the turn, led under a drive into the final furlong then was headed, fought on into the final sixteenth but was outfinished while able to get the place. RICHARD RONALD was urged along off the pace, chased two then three wide on the turn, swung five wide into the stretch and finished willingly for the show. SIR POKERFACE bobbled at the start and brushed with a rival, was taken in hand briefly inside the five-eighths then settled at the rear, went three wide on the turn, came four wide into the stretch and improved position to just miss the show. CAT ON THE ROOF showed good speed between horses, vied inside under urging on the turn, fought on under a drive into the final furlong then was out-kicked. ADRENALINE brushed with a rival at the start, showed speed inside of two foes while in hand, was wrestled back near the half-mile pole then checked coming to the seven-sixteenths, saved ground on the turn and had nothing left. CORK ARM broke a step slow, settled outside under some urging, went four then five wide on the turn, came six wide into the stretch and failed to respond.
