Chart notes
BISCUITS AND GRITS chased the pace bumping rival lightly on the turn, dueled inside of foes through the lane digging deep at the end. DUKE OF DARKNESS chased the pace being bumped lightly when in close near the three eighths pole, extended in bid from close quarters between horses down the lane being out gamed to the wire. TRAITOR AMONGST US carried out at the break was hustled four deep through the turn bidding three deep in close quarters down the lane staying on gamely to the end. TO WIN a step slow early cut the corner to contention in upper stretch looming from the eighth pole hanging in the final yards. TEAM LEYENDECKER shied out at the break then was bumped lightly near the half mile pole, dropped from contention near the quarter pole. SAMURAI WAY carried out at the break would stay back throughout. UPGRADE AL broke sharply setting the pace through the turn then wilted abruptly under pressure in upper stretch. OBJECTIONS FROM THE RIDER OF DUKE OF DARKNESS AGAINST THE RIDER OF BISCUITS AND GRITS FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH RUN AND TRAITOR AMONGST US AGAINST THE RIDER OF DUKE OF DARKNESS FOR INTERFERENCE DUEING THE STRETCH RUN WERE DISMISSED BY THE STEWARDS.
