BLONDIE LOX BABE bumped with a rival early, showed speed between horses then was rated just off the pace, drafted inside on the turn, was asked outside the quarter-pole, moved out in upper stretch, chased under a drive into the final furlong, took the lead outside the sixteenth-pole and proved best under strong urging. TUFFOLOGY was hustled from the start, moved up to set the pace, vied in the two path on the turn, responded well when challenged late on that bend then shook clear under a drive in upper stretch, led into the final furlong but was overtaken while clear for the place. THAT'S A SONG broke a step slow, angled in at the rear of the field, went three wide on the turn, came five wide into the stretch and was along for the show. GOODNIGHT GRACIE broke a step slow, settled off the pace, moved in near the half-mile pole, brushed with a rival leaving the backstretch, went three wide on the turn, came four wide into the stretch and lacked the needed response. LAGNIAPPE showed speed on the outside then tracked the pace, went three wide on the turn, made a bid outside the five-sixteenths, spun four wide into the stretch then drifted out around the three-sixteenths and tired. CUSTOM CUT settled off the pace, was taken under a strong hold near the half-mile pole, brushed with an opponent leaving the backstretch, went around the turn in the two path and failed to respond. RHETT'S RACER bumped with a foe early then moved out, went five then six wide on the turn and faltered.
