Chart notes
MAGICAL EXPRESS prompted the pace dueling between horses in upper stretch battling inside of foe in the final strides prevailing gamely. BLUE STEEL pressed the pace through the far turn extending outside of rivals in upper stretch bearing down abreast foe at the end just missing. GIZMO JONES tracked the pace angling to mid track in upper stretch finishing evenly. MAXIMIZER slipped leaving the gate, saved ground cutting the corner to bid boldly along the rail in upper stretch only to bog down late. VALYCOVE a step slow to upper stretch posed no menace inside. MAKE THE RULES chased on the far turn then faded in upper stretch. ALFRED hustled along pressed through the backside then gave way on the far turn.
