Chart notes
SUNBRIDLED settled off the pace inside, bid nearing the three eighths pole and raced in the three path of the far turn, took the lead mid-stretch and dug in under steady encouragement to hold off WINNING SCHOLAR, who rounded the opening turn about the four path then raced outside into the backstretch, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole and came through the far turn in the five path, dug in to take second mid-stretch and was gaining slowly on the winner. CHARITABLE VISIT settled off the pace about the three path the first turn then gave chase into the backstretch, angled to the six path on the far turn, dug in to take third later yards and was gaining on the runner-up. ORACLE OF OMAHA saved early ground then picked up the chase toward the three eighths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and flattened stride later yards. CLASSY CROSSING saved ground racing well back the first turn then eased out into the backstretch, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced in the four path of the far turn and passed rivals in the lane. PAGAN SMART took the lead between horses leaving the three quarter pole and rated a long lead inside, came under pressure into the far turn and raced at the rail through the turn, but was caught weakening mid-stretch. TRUE HEIR raced in the three path the first turn then faded through the backstretch.
