Chart notes
CHARITABLE SPENNY took over at the thirteen sixteenths pole and angled to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure toward the three eighths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and dug in under steady stretch handling to hold on well. CAPE LOOKOUT stalked inside, bid toward the three eighths pole and raced close in the three path of the far turn, then finished well while dueling for second. HOBE SOUND raced in the four path the opening turn and stalked into the backstretch, bid toward the three eighths pole, remained a factor still in the four path of the far turn but was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. SHAMROCK KID raced off the pace about the three path the first turn, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn in the five path and ran evenly down the lane. CAUSE FOR SURPRISE checked while in tight nearing the first turn and settled off the pace into the backstretch, bid toward the three eighths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn then flattened out. CANTAKEITANYMORE raced well back and rounded the far turn in the five path. GIO DUDE rounded the opening turn in the three path then faded through the backstretch.
