PASAMONTE MAN was unhurried early, raced six wide into the second turn, was gaining late and was up in time. MOST DETERMINED was outrun early, raced five wide into the second turn, was closing late, took a brief lead late and just missed. BIG MONEY MACHINE was void of any speed, went four wide into the second turn, took a brief lead in early stretch, angled in and was clearly third best. PURELY POLITICAL was allowed to settle early, raced between rivals into the home turn, waited behind rivals and flattened out late. FAMOUS ROCK STAR forced the early pace, went three wide into the second turn and faded. AOTEAROA raced in mid pack early, went three wide into the second turn and was empty late. FLY FIRST CLASS broke out at the start, set a pressured early pace, raced off the rail and was finished early.
