Chart notes
SLAM DUNK SERMON stalked the pace to the turn, bid two then three wide to the stretch, rallied when set down and closed steadily to prevail. FACTS MATTER attended the pace two wide to the stretch, inched away to mid stretch then could not stall the winner but held second. SILENT MOVIES hustled to contest the pace three wide to the stretch, stayed on to mid stretch then finished evenly. MANILA MISCHIEF had no speed, raced two wide on the turn but was outfinished in the late stages. CONCUR chased the leaders early, got fanned out to the four path to the stretch but could not offer the needed late response. STONE GROOVE tracked the pace from the rail to the stretch then came up empty.
