Chart notes
SUPER GARNER took immediate control to rate a short lead inside, widened at the rail on the far turn, was kept alert through the upper stretch then taken in hand from the sixteenth pole. JEFFERY SCOTT raced well off the early pace saving ground, started a bid nearing the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn five wide, dug in from the head of the stretch and dueled for second through the final sixteenth. ELLIE'S LIL MAN rounded the first turn in the three path and settled off the pace into the backstretch, started a bid nearing the five sixteenths pole, raced in the three path of the far turn then flattened out later yards. MAN OF THE NIGHT rounded the first turn in the four path then picked up the chase into the backstretch, came through the far turn in the six path and passed rivals outside. CATCH MY CABOOSE saved early ground then picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and showed little further. SILVER TAURUS raced in the four path the opening turn, left the turn outside and showed little response. BLACK STEEL stalked toward the inside, picked up the chase nearing the five sixteenths pole but faded off the rail on the far turn.
