Chart notes
CATS BLAME was taken back early, circled seven wide through the turn, was gaining fast and was up in time for the win. MIDNIGHT IN MAUI tracked the early pace, made a five wide middle move to challenge the leader, took control at the eighth pole, couldn't hold off the winner and was tagged in the final jump. HOLD ME ONLY set a pressured early pace, went three wide into the turn, angled in and weakened late. MON CAMO was allowed to settle early, raced off the rail into the turn, angled out through the turn and flattened out. MARICOPA COUNTY was unhurried early, raced between rivals into the turn, drifted in and offered no late rally. HOOK EM pressed the early pace, went four wide into the turn and faded.
