Chart notes
BATTLE CRY saved ground well back for half, tipped out nearing the eighth pole, knifed between horses leaving that marker, seized command near the sixteenth pole and quickly drew clear. KHOZZY VALINTINE set the pace along the rail, held clear past the eighth pole, was collared near the sixteenth pole and stayed on to be clearly second best. LEYENDA settled off the pace while racing three wide and had a mild rally outside to gain the show. SUNSHINE CITY prompted the pace two and three wide and came up empty in the lane. NICOLE PRINCESS stalked the pace from the rail, tipped out in upper stretch and tired leaving the eighth pole. LIGHTS ON GIRL played no factor while racing four wide. VIVA LA REINA chased the pace three wide, retreated after a half and was eased through the final furlong.
