Chart notes
STERLING MISS broke a step slow, settled at the rear under some urging, went two then three wide on the turn, swung six wide into the stretch, rallied on the outside, closed strongly to make a bid at the sixteenth-pole and got up under strong urging. SHE CAN'T SING settled on the outside, went four wide under urging on the turn, gained passing the five-sixteenths, dropped to the three path while taking the lead in upper stretch, moved to the two path then the rail while clear around the furlong marker, led under the crop into the final sixteenth but was caught while able to get the place. SPECIALLY bumped with rivals on both sides at the start, was urged along off the pace, went three wide on the turn, was driven five wide into the stretch and was out-kicked while well clear for the show. HAYNESFEST bumped with a rival at the start, settled off the pace, raced inside to the two path on the turn and lacked the needed response. FREE broke out at the start, tracked the pace on the outside, was asked while three wide on the turn, moved out under a drive in upper stretch and tired. VOMBA pressed the pace on the outside, drew even with the leader in the two path on the turn, gained the lead at the quarter-pole then lost the advantage at the three-sixteenths and capitulated. SASSY SENECA bumped with a rival at the start then was hustled, set the pace under pressure to her outside, vied along the rail on the turn, was asked while being headed at the quarter-pole and faded.
