Chart notes
PLOT THE DOTS settled off the pace, gained to the inside of a rival as a duel was going on past the five sixteenths, angled four wide into the lane, forged clear inside the three sixteenths, was put to the left stick near mid stretch, wandered outward under asking and dug in to prevail. MCELMORE AVENUE , unhurried while removed from the rail, shifted well wide while gathering momentum into the lane, straightened away and finished gamely to gain. SHOTSKI cleared early, set the pace two wide, was joined from his inside past the five eighths, dueled from the half mile marker to the quarter pole, continued willingly past the eighth pole then faded. DUDLEY SQUARE , three wide, edged up into the backstretch and stalked, was under asking chasing the dueling leaders past the three eighths, failed to kick on in upper stretch and weakened. CLOSER LOOK tracked inside, was sent up along the rail and gained a slim lead near the half mile pole, sparred to the head of the lane, continued with interes past mid stretch then gave way.
