Chart notes
OUTAMINE was hustled from the start, chased the pace, dropped back while inside on the turn, turned into the stretch in the two path then moved further out under a drive, gained on the runner-up in the final furlong and got up in the final sixteenth to win going away. FAREWELL TIME was bumped hard at the start, recovered then sped clear, opened up a sizable advantage in the two path, was asked for his best in upper stretch, remained on his inside lead while shortening stride and was overtaken in the final sixteenth while clear for the place. DISAPPROVAL head his head down at the start but came out with the field, dropped back between horses early then moved in, settled off the pace, saved ground on the turn, steadied behind horses outside the quarter-pole, came four wide into the stretch then dropped back towards the inside and improved near the rail to get the show. CHAMBLISS, dropped back after the start, was urged along at the rear, went two then three wide on the turn, swung seven wide into the stretch under the whip and improved position while finishing with late energy. FRIENDLYPRODUCTION raced under restraint early then was let out outside the half-mile pole, was urged four wide on the turn then driven five wide into the stretch, moved out some near the three-sixteenths then was briefly near the heels of a foe and lacked the needed response. RICHARD RONALD settled off the pace, was urged four wide on the turn, moved out in upper stretch, shifted further out outside the furlong marker and failed to threaten. SLAM'S MAN chased the solo leader on the outside, dropped back while three wide on the turn, spun four wide into upper stretch then drifted further out and tired. CAT ON THE ROOF broke in and bumped hard with a rival, was urged along towards the rear, went three wide for most of the turn, dropped to the rail outside the quarter-pole and failed to respond.
