PHANTOM CURRENCY set the pace along the rail, was headed midway down the backstretch, vied inside around the far turn, put away TIDE OF THE SEA in upper stretch and held firm under a drive. TIDE OF THE SEA was stoutly rated two wide, became rank the first time through the stretch, moved up to press the winner two wide from there, put a head in front midway down the backstretch, vied two wide around the far turn, could not quite match strides with the winner in upper stretch but stayed on willingly to hold the place. MOON OVER MIAMI rated back inside, moved up two wide around the far turn, angled four wide in upper stretch and rallied for the show. TEMPLE tracked the pace from the inside, bid three wide in upper stretch and flattened out. SIR SAHIB saved ground off the pace and had a mild rally. ADMISSION OFFICE failed to menace while racing three wide. BASHA was in range two and three wide and faded in the lane. AQUAPHOBIA was never prominent, pulled up shortly after the finish and was vanned off. THE RUN-UP WAS UNAVAILABLE.
