Chart notes
SHAKIN SILVER was reluctant to load, showed good speed, disputed the pace on the inside of a rival, vied along the rail while still inside that foe on the turn, shook clear at the three-sixteenths then shied out from a pop of a left-handed crop, shied out again under a pop of a left-handed crop just inside the furlong marker then was straightened by the rider, switched to a right-handed crop under increasing threat late and held. FLASHBURN settled off the pace, saved ground on the turn, rallied along the rail in the final furlong, closed determinedly late but missed while able to get the place. ANTIETAM ROAD bumped with a rival at the start, was urged along on the outside, went three wide on the turn turned into the stretch under a drive, moved out into the final furlong and finished willingly for the show. NO QUARTER bumped with foes at the start, was rated just off the pace while inside of a rival, went two then three wide on the turn, spun five wide into upper stretch under the crop, chased the winner into the final furlong and lacked the needed kick then just missed the show. WIN WON DOBBS bumped with a foe at the start, contested the pace on the outside of the winner, vied in two path on the turn, was put to a drive in upper stretch and weakened. SPECIAL STORM dropped back while taking awkward strides early, settled at the rear, raced inside to the two path on the turn and failed to threaten. WAR TRIBUTE bumped with a rival at the start, settled well back in the field, saved ground on the turn, shifted three wide into the stretch and was no factor. KASENS TRAIN broke in and bumped with a rival then dropped back and spotted the front a few lengths, was hard ridden off the pace, went three wide on the turn, was driven four wide into the stretch and failed to menace. WAR ROGUE tracked the pace on the outside, dropped back while four wide on the turn, spun five wide into the stretch and capitulated. TRUTH TELLER stood in the gate at the start and was off very slow, raced on the outside while ridden along, moved closer with a half-mile to run, went five wide on the turn then came six wide into the stretch and failed to respond.
