Chart notes
SHUTUPN'KISSME broke sharply to stalk the pace of TALENT EXPECTED while racing three-wide, moved up to engage that foe nearing the half, vied, opened a clear margin with a sixteenth to run and was fully extended to hold JAMESTOWN ROAD safe late. JAMESTOWN ROAD was off a step slow, raced unhurried early, saved ground through the second turn, angled out approaching the stretch and finished with good late energy. THAT KENNEY KID was reserved just off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the second turn and finished with good late interest. TALENT EXPECTED sprinted clear soon after the start, responded when challenged by the winner nearing the half and gave way in the drive. PEPPA STARR settled off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the second turn and failed to rally. BOUNDTOBEOK was void of early speed, raced five-wide through the second turn and was not a factor.
