Chart notes
BEREN quickly sped to the front, repelled a long challenge to mid stretch then edged away again through the final furlong. HEART RHYTHM broke poorly, advanced outside and closed well for the place. INDIAN LAKE engaged the winner outside after a quarter mile, vied to mid stretch and weakened. LOUIE'S LAW chased the leaders in the two path and weakened steadily. JUST A THOUGHT was urged close up inside to the far turn and faltered. POLPIS dropped back early and trailed throughout losing contact with his field.
