Chart notes
INAJIFFY moved in while settling off the pace, advanced closer late on the backstretch, drafted inside on the turn, was asked with a clear rail opening at the quarter-pole, rallied under the crop, closed well to get the lead outside the sixteenth-pole then moved clear under strong handling. INJECT tracked the pace on the outside, was let out while four wide at the five-sixteenths, made a bid into the stretch then took the lead at the three-sixteenths, led under a drive into the final furlong but was overtaken while able to get the place. KLAYTON'S KANDY was hustled to the lead, set the pace under pressure to her outside, vied in the two path on the turn, lost the lead under a drive in upper stretch, battled into the final furlong and weakened but just held the show. LADY EDITH pressed the pace on the outside of the leader, vied in the three path on the turn, battled under a drive into the final furlong and tired. TAYLOR'S TOURIST broke open her stall door prior to the start, was carried in near the nine-sixteenths while dropping to the rear then moved out, went two then three wide on the turn, swung six wide into the stretch and lacked the needed response. OFF WE GO settled on the far outside, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went five then four wide on the turn, was roused five wide into the stretch and failed to rally. (Rail at 16 Feet)
