Chart notes
COLONEL BOWMAN bumped with a foe midway down the backstretch, tracked the pace on the outside, made a bid at the seven-sixteenths, vied two then three wide on the turn, took the lead at the five-sixteenths, dueled outside of the runner-up into the final sixteenth then moved clear under strong handling. SHADOW MATTER broke out at the start, moved in while going to the front, vied inside of the winner on the turn, lost the lead at the five-sixteenths, dueled under a drive into the final sixteenth then was outfinished while clear for the place. K C ROCKET was taken in hand early then bumped with a foe midway down the backstretch, raced inside to the two path on the turn, moved out while put to a drive in upper stretch and lacked the needed kick while just able to get the show. SIX PACK was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, bumped with a rival early then came out, settled off the pace, advanced to make a bid while four to five wide on the turn, dropped back into upper stretch and was out-kicked then just missed the show. MR. WIRELESS broke out at the start, checked while rank under stout restraint inside the five-eighths then moved out, went three wide under urging on the turn, was driven four wide into the stretch under the crop then moved further out and lacked the needed response. ARTWORK was off slow and spotted the front a couple lengths, moved up to race just off the pace, went three wide on the turn and came up empty. LEROY JENKINS broke out and was off slow, came in and bumped with a foe early, dropped from the four path to the two path on the turn, came three wide into the stretch and failed to respond.
