DEANOS CAPE bumped with a rival at the start then was hustled, went four wide on the first turn, tracked the pace, made an outside bid with a half-mile to run, vied in the three path on the far turn, took over when asked at the three-sixteenths and drew clear under steady urging. HEAVY DUTY broke out and brushed the gate, went five wide on the first turn, settled on the inside of a rival, was urged four wide on the far turn and finished willingly while gaining late for the place. LIFE ON THE ROAD went three wide on the first turn, was forwardly placed on the outside, chased in the two path on the far turn and lacked the needed kick while clear for the show. DATA LOAD bumped with a rival at the start, went to the front, set the clear pace while inside to the two path, was challenged with a half-mile to run, came under urging under heavy threat while inside on the far turn, lost the advantage nearing the three-sixteenths and weakened. MAYBERRY SALOON saved ground on the first turn, settled off the pace, was hard ridden while inside on the far turn and failed to threaten. GOFORTHEWINECOURSE went two to three wide on the turns and was no factor. HE'S A LUCKY MAN broke a bit slow, moved from three to six wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was urged five wide on the far turn and failed to respond.
