MADISON'S PLACE was hustled from the start, showed speed on the inside of foes, was eased back off the pace at the half-mile pole, drafted in the two path on the turn, dropped back while in hand at the five-sixteenths, was asked in the three path at the quarter-pole, dropped in under a drive into the final furlong, rallied to the lead outside the sixteenth-pole then moved clear under steady handling. EZEE ENOUGH brushed with a rival at the start, settled on the outside, moved in with a half-mile to run, came between horses under tight restraint at the seven-sixteenths, went three wide on the turn, was asked four wide into the stretch, moved out around the three-sixteenths then made a bid, battled under a drive into the final sixteenth and was outfinished while able to get the place. ADINA was hustled from the start, showed good speed then pressed the pace on the outside, took a short lead in the two path inside the three-eighths, lost the lead near the quarter-pole then regained the advantage outside the furlong marker, lost the advantage to the winner outside the sixteenth-pole and was out-kicked while just able to get the show. NINE LINE BIND came outward at the start, settled off the pace, was urged along in the two path on the turn, came under the crop in upper stretch and finished willingly to just miss the show. BLUE RIDGE HEAT moved up between horses to get the lead, set the pace under pressure, vied along the rail on the turn, lost the lead under urging just inside the three-eighths, dropped back into upper stretch, paused when the winner came in at the furlong marker, drifted out around the sixteenth-pole and tired. HONDURAS GIRL was off slow and spotted the front several lengths, went four wide on the turn, came seven wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. CANDY CANDY CANDY had a shoe repaired in the paddock, settled off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went two then three wide on the turn, dropped in late and was no factor. LIL PEASTOCH settled off the pace, was urged four wide on the turn then driven five wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. EMERY'S DREAM settled on the outside, was urged five wide on the turn, came six wide into the stretch and never reached contention. SMOOTHOUTTHETRACK was slow into stride, raced well back in the field, dropped from three to two wide early on the turn and showed little. STANG IT brushed with a foe at the start, showed speed on the outside then chased the pace, made a bid in the four path on the turn, led in the five path into the stretch, lost the advantage nearing the furlong marker and faltered.
