Chart notes
MOST AMUSING showed good early speed from the outside, raced three deep in the drive and drove clear late. CONTRABAND vied for the early lead from the inside and was no match for the winner. MERLO'S LAD stalked the pace from the inside, raced four deep in the lane and had not enough in the drive. PIERPONT dropped back early, saved ground and had no late rally. BIG MACINTOSH was hustled along from the inside and had no response. SMOKIN B saved ground and never threatened. RIGHT LANE MARKUSZ was hustled along between rivals and tired.
