Chart notes
PINCH ASSAULT unhurried in the early part, made a late gain, rallied down the stretch, four wide and finished well. JOHNNYSJOURNEY raced within striking distance, took command at the head of the final stretch, couldn't hold off the winner, but was best of others. HIGH CRUISE vied for the early advantage, took the lead around the second turn, but lacked a late kick. LIGHTHAWK raced near the back in the early going, moved up on the outside around the second turn, weakened and finished evenly. FORESTDUNGONE pressed the early pace, faded and finished evenly. ZENUCCI void of early speed and was never close. ZIPZAPTIME dueled on the front end, checked around the final turn, after getting in tight quarters and dropped to the back. THE JOCKEY OF #3 ZIPZAPTIME LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST #5 PINCH ASSAULT FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE FINAL TURN. AFTER VIEWING REPLAYS STEWARDS TOOK NO ACTION.
