COLOUR ME HAPPY (GB) sat just off of the early pace while three wide on the first turn, settled comfortably down the backstretch, came three wide off of the second turn and was set down for the drive, dueling with JAMMERS JUSTICE within the last sixteenth and wore down that rival for the win. JAMMERS JUSTICE stalked the early pace while traveling two wide down the backstretch and second turn, briefly put a head in front in the stretch while dueling COLOUR ME HAPPY and gave way to that rival in the closing stages. UNPOSSIBLE assumed early command while saving ground along the backstretch and second turn, was confronted at the head of the stretch and tired back to third. UNION LEADER was unhurried early, saving ground along the backstretch, came four wide along the turn for the drive and had no late bid. GLENROY settled along the rail for the early stages, chased the leaders into the second turn and weakened in the stretch run. The photo finish camera malfunctioned and the finish was confirmed by the stewards.
