Chart notes
HOPPED UP lept at the start, sat in good position and rallied to run past leaders in the stretch run under good handling. COMMUNICATOR sharp break outside, sprinted to lead out of turn while no match late. RAF raced back early, rallied out of turn and ran along for show spot. LAS ANA well placed outside to turn, raced evenly through the stretch run. I PROWL ALONE chased to turn, gained a short lead but gave way in the stretch run. CONTINENTAL CLASH quick from gate, flashed brief speed and gave way at the half. LINEMAKER had a slow start inside while never a factor. TRAMORE BAY never menaced.
