Chart notes
CRUSADER EXPRESS sprinted to the front, drove clear, led throughout and won under steady urging. YANK CRIME showed early speed, followed CRUSADER EXPRESS around the track, couldn't gain on the leader, but was a clear second. GOOD TIMES ROLLIN raced in the middle of the pack, moved up and followed the top two to the wire. GRAND PRADO was wide around the first turn, raced within striking distance and couldn't gain on the leaders. TOE BANDIT lacked early speed, showed late interest, but was no factor. OSCAR CHOICE pressed the early pace and weakened. SLOW raced evenly near the back and showed little. BLUE RIDGE BOOGIE raced near the middle of the field, saved ground around the final turn and faded. VISION OF ANGELS void of early speed and was never a threat. WILLIAMS SHINE raced in the middle of the field in the beginning and retreated to the rear.
