Chart notes
SIR SMACK pressed the pace, took command around the final turn, pulled away and won handily. WRATH raced within contention, had an outside trip, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. DOUBLE COOL unhurried in the beginning, racing outside down the backside, came around the final turn wide, made a mild bid, but was no factor. MR MAKEITHAPPEN raced near the back in the early part, moved up to the middle of the pack and finished evenly on the rail. RIDE TO THE WIRE went to the front, drove clear, saved ground and weakened. MUTINEER always raced near the back and was never a threat. CHRISTOPHER CAT pressed the early pace, saved ground around the final turn and dropped back.
