ACADEMY BAY pressed the pace, took command, drove clear and finished well. STEPPIN' OUTONHER lacked early speed, moved up on the outside around the turn, gained ground and was a clear second. I RATE FIRST sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground and lacked a finish. INDEPENDENT WORKER raced within striking distance, finished evenly, lacking a late kick. KRISYNSARASBOY raced near the middle of the field and lacked a bid. BLUE WINGS raced within striking distance, saved ground and faded. DRY WOOD CREEK void of early speed and was never a threat. SHARP CLARK always raced near the back and showed little.
