Chart notes
IRISH CONTESSA tracked the leader from the inside and finished well to get up under strong handling. JACK'S PARTY GIRL showed good early speed to take command down the backstretch, drifted to the five path around the far turn, came back in and finished gamely to the wire. ATOKA GIRL was slow early on, moved up five wide through the lane and made good late gain. DISTINCT APPROVAL settled off the early pace, raced four wide at the eighth pole and had no final winning bid. SHADY LANE showed brief foot from the inside and gave way. IZE DISCREET ROSE dropped back early and failed to respond.
