Chart notes
GHOST SQUAD vied for the lead from the inside and finished well to be clear under strong pressure. LEIGHTON KENTUCKY was hustled along, raced four wide in the lane and finished second best. FENDER BENDER dropped back early, moved up five wide into the upper stretch and made a good late gain. MISTER NOT FUNNY was hustled throughout, raced four wide at the three sixteenths pole and had no final winning bid. DUN SOBER vied for the lead from the inside and weakened. GO FOR JIM failed to respond. MAJOR SHIPMAN dropped back early, saved ground and never was a factor.
