Chart notes
GOLD FINCH , three wide the first turn, sprinted clear leaving the backstretch, angled in entering the far turn, raced along the inner rail, lost the lead near the sixteenth pole then got the bob at the finish. POLISH COOKIE showed speed, raced two wide leaving the far turn, gained a short lead near the sixteenth pole then just missed. SAME MOON stalked the pace, eased out three deep at the head of the lane, drifted out near the sixteenth pole and had a mild gain. LOVE MY CAT lacked speed, swung out in upper stretch and lacked a serious response. GRAND ENTRADA was outrun. BRIEF REACTION hugged the inner rail down the backstretch and faltered on the far turn.
