Chart notes
MANDREW chased the early pace, went five wide into the second turn, ranged up through the stretch, took control late and edged clear for the win. CLUB CHAMP set a pressured early pace, went four wide in both turns, couldn't hold off the winner and held for second. SOUTHERN SUMMER raced in mid pack early, went six wide into the second turn and offered a mild late rally. LOOSE BALL was taken back early, advanced seven wide through the second turn and was closing late. BAD NEWS was void of speed, raced four wide into the second turn, angled in and offered no late rally. TRACK BOUND was allowed to settle early, was in the six path along the backstretch angled in three wide into the second turn, drifted out late and faded. ROYAL DUDE was unhurried early, raced three wide into the second turn and was no factor.
