Chart notes
ROSIE'S CITY BOY stalked three wide around the first turn, inched closer to vie two wide into the backstretch, showed the way around the far turn before digging in to hold an advantage from SCNITZ in upper stretch, changed to his right lead approaching the furlong pole, repelled his rival passing that marker, then held sway from that foe to the wire. SCYNTZ tracked from midpack two to three wide, rallied turning for home to bid for the lead in upper stretch, but hung on his let lead, was repelled passing the furlong marker, and chased his inner counterpart home. ZYZACK set the pace in the two path around the first turn, vied inside of ROSIE'S CITY BOY down the backstretch, failed to keep pace with that foe into the far turn, and faded at the five sixteenths pole. CLASSY MELODY lied close up along the inside early on, backed off to stalk into the backstretch, saved ground off of the pace around the far turn, and failed to factor. CAPTAIN COMEBACK lied off of the pace five to four wide around the turns, and faded through the lane. GO MARVIN GO lied off of the pace four wide, and failed to factor. SITUATENSHADY was outrun. VISONARY STAR never got involved. THE QUARTER MILE FRACTION IS UNAVAILABLE.
