Chart notes
WARCRAFT ran clear soon after the break, stayed inside around the turn and widened under intermittent urging. C C'S WARRIOR was slow early, made a run along the rail around the turn and was up for the place. HIGHWAYTWENTYSEVEN chased in the two path and tired. BAYTOWN GLORY was close up inside early, steadied, came out into the three path early on the turn causing rivals to steady then tired. Following objections by Conner and Hernandez, BAYTOWN GLORY was disqualified and placed seventh. SUCCESS HURRICANE steadied three wide between horses early on the turn, steadied again, came out, bumped BLUEGRASS POSSE midway on the bend then made up some ground late. SARATOGA WILDCAT steadied two wide between horses entering the turn and again midway on the bend then was outrun. BLUEGRASS POSSE was bumped four wide into the turn and gain midway on the bend then faded.
